Pengenalan Magnetic Separator Coolant

Magnetic separator adalah mesin filtrasi Cairan Pendingin atau coolant yang funsinya adalah memisahkan serbuk besi atau gram dengan coolant atau cairan pendingin. Magnetic separator biasanya di aplikasi kan pada mesin Grinding, Honing,  Magnetic Separator biasanya di pakai sebagai pra-filter untuk membatasi  serbuk besi atau gram agar tidak mencapai filtrasi berikutnya .

Magnetic separator bekerja dengan cara menarik partikel serbuk besi atau gram yang jatuh secara gravitasi lalu masuk ke celah drum magnet, Cairan yang tercampur dengan serbuk besi secara otomatis akan terpisah drum magnet akan terus berputar berlawanan dengan arah jarum jam dan di atas drum magnet biasanya ada bantalan atau scraper untuk mengambil atau memisahkan serbuk besi yang terjebak pada drum magnet, untuk memastikan tidak ada cairan yang terbuang di atas magnetic separator di atasnya ada karet roller.

Magnetic Separator  biasanya memiliki 2 type magnet Yaitu ferrite magnet dan rare earth magnet  Magnetic separator dengan type ferite magnet rata-rata menpunyai daya tarik sebesar 800 sampai 1600 Gauss Magnetic separator type ferrite magnet bisa di gunakan pada coolant media air (water based)
